我场从七十年代初期开始探索梨树高接换种技术,在不断总结经验教训、改进技术,同时学习外地经验的基础上,八十年代初期,我们采取了“多头长枝高接换种技术”,改造了我场原梨树品种园,将十年生左右的劣种、低产、病虫(枝干健壮无病虫害的)树,高接换种80多株,换上金水2号、金水1号等高产优质品种,获得了高接后第二年一般株产15~25公斤,最高达39公斤;第三年一般株产35~40公斤,最高产98公斤,取得了显著的经济效益。1987~1988年全场已高接换种2000多株,现长势良好,预计1989年大多数植株司投产。此法比挖掉重新建国要快3~4年,节省经费约5~6倍。
