12月3日,2019北京世园会筹备工作协调会在北京奥运大厦召开。2019北京世园会组委会副主任、中国花卉协会会长江泽慧,2019北京世园会组委会委员、组委会联络小组副组长、中国国际贸易促进委员会副会长王锦珍,北京市政府党组成员、2019北京世园会执委会副主任夏占义等领导出席会议。会议由王锦珍主持。外交部、国家林业局、中国贸促会、中国花卉协会、北京世园局、北京市延庆县等单位相关人员参加了会议。北京世园局常务副局长周剑平、中国花卉协会秘书长刘红、中国贸促会展览部副巡视员姚瑞分别汇报了2019北京世园会筹备工作进展情况,以及下一阶段的重点工作安排。
December 3, 2019 Beijing Horticultural Association Preparatory Work Coordination Meeting was held in Beijing Olympic Tower. 2019 Beijing World Park Organizing Committee Deputy Director, China Flowers Association President Jiang Zehui, 2019 Beijing World Park Organizing Committee, Organizing Committee Liaison Group Deputy Leader, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Vice Chairman Wang Jinzhen, Beijing Government party members, 2019 Beijing World Park Executive Committee Xia Zhanyi and other leaders attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Wang Jinzhen. Relevant personnel from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State Forestry Administration, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, China Flower Association, Beijing World Parks Bureau and Beijing Yanqing County attended the meeting. Zhou Jianping, executive deputy director of Beijing World Parks Bureau, Liu Hong, secretary general of China Flower Association, and Yao Rui, deputy inspector of the CCPIT Exhibition Department, reported on the progress of preparations for the 2019 Beijing World Horticultural Exposition and the key work arrangements for the next phase.
