大学生党员是高校党员队伍中最具青春活力的群体,大学生党员队伍建设是高校党建的重要组成部分。但在实际工作中,高校大学生党员的培养教育存在若干问题,削弱了基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用。如何进一步改善高校大学生党员的培养教育质量,有效发挥大学生党员的先进性和纯洁性,是当前高校必须重视和解决的问题。
College student party members are the most youthful and energetic groups of party members in colleges and universities. The construction of college student party members is an important part of the party building in colleges and universities. However, in practical work, there are some problems in the cultivation and education of college student party members in colleges and universities, which weakens the role of grass-roots party organizations in fighting battles. How to further improve the quality of college students’ training and education and how to give full play to the advanced nature and purity of college student party members are the problems that colleges and universities must pay attention to and solve.
