非智力因素是指智力因素以外的一切心理因素,诸如情感、意志、动机、信心、自尊心、兴趣、习惯、性格等。对一个具体的人来说,事业的成功与否,非智力因素所起的作用有时甚至大大超过了自身的智力因素,非智力因素的优劣,直接关系到人们的学习和各项活动的效率、价值成败,而良好的非智力因素能够强化学生的学习动机,促进和影响其智力因素的发展。在这里,我从三个方面谈一谈美术教学中非智力因素的培养。
Non-intellectual factors refers to all psychological factors other than intellectual factors, such as emotion, will, motivation, confidence, self-esteem, interests, habits, personality and so on. For a specific person, the success of the cause, the role played by non-intellectual factors sometimes far exceeded their own intellectual factors, the merits of non-intelligence factors, is directly related to the efficiency of people’s learning and activities , The value of success or failure, and good non-intelligence factors can enhance students’ motivation to learn, promote and influence the development of their intellectual factors. Here, I talk about the cultivation of non-intelligence factors in art teaching from three aspects.
