目的了解安徽省人群高血压患病相关危险因素。为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法选择安徽省12个市县区监测点,抽取18~69岁常住居民进行问卷调查和医学体检。结果多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示,高血压患病风险高的主要相关危险因素有超重、性别、年龄、长期过量饮酒、每天食用腌制品及家庭饮食烹饪炒菜方法上动物油比例高。结论控制体重、倡导合理膳食是预防控制高血压的重要措施。
Objective To understand the risk factors of hypertension in Anhui population. Provide a scientific basis for making interventions. Methods A total of 12 cities and counties in Anhui Province were selected as monitoring sites and 18-19-year-old residents were sampled for questionnaires and medical examinations. Results The multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the main risk factors of hypertension were overweight, gender, age, and long-term excessive drinking. The proportion of animal oil was higher in the method of daily cooking with pickled products and home cooking. Conclusion Controlling body weight and advocating reasonable diet are important measures to prevent and control hypertension.
