这世界上的许多人在许多不同的阶段都会有不同的生活规律。如果说规律是由于人长期固定的生存方式所决定的,那么这规律本身就一定会有许多不妥。就比如一个常年练习太极剑的人,忽然连续一星期的梅雨天气,破坏了他的计划,于是他每天坐在家里苦等天气的好转,可当天气终于变晴朗的时候,他又忽然觉得躺在家里看电视要比出外练剑享受得多,后来便放弃了长期以来养成的良好习惯。
