随着近几年建筑工程的不断发展,工程管理也在不断进步和完善,加强工程管理的最终目的就是为了降低工程成本,提高建筑企业经济效益。因此建筑工程造价动态管理是工程管理中的重中之重,本文通过对建筑工程造价动态管理的现状进行研究,并针对其发展现状提出建筑工程造价动态管理的有效措施。
With the continuous development of construction projects in recent years, project management is also continuously progressing and improving. The ultimate goal of strengthening project management is to reduce engineering costs and improve the economic benefits of construction companies. Therefore, the dynamic management of construction project cost is the most important task in project management. This paper studies the current situation of dynamic management of construction project cost, and proposes effective measures for the dynamic management of construction project cost according to its development status.
