采用机械合金化法制备了纳米晶CuCr复合粉末,选用无水乙醇为过程控制剂,研究了过程控制剂(ProcessCon-trolAgent,简称PCA)对机械合金化后粉末的出粉率、物相、结构以及微观形貌的影响。结果表明,PCA的加入有利于提高粉末的分散性和出粉率,减少研磨介质的磨损和杂质的掺入;但PCA的加入量过多会导致晶粒细化效果不明显,使Cr在Cu中的固溶度增加量降低。PCA含量为15%时粉末综合性能较优:球磨40h后,平均晶粒尺寸为35nm,微观应变为0.448%,Cr在Cu中的固溶度达到1.0139%,CuCr组分分布均匀。
The nanocrystalline CuCr composite powders were prepared by mechanical alloying and the ethanol was used as the process control agent.
