目的 为了更好地开展体检工作,多层次、多角度地发现不足之处、进一步改善体检环境和秩序、为体检者提供快捷满意的体检程序,提高体检工作满意度.方法 于2013年4月~2013年7月采用科室自行设计的满意度调查表,随机抽取本院职正320名进行问卷调查.结果 70%的本院员工对体检中心员工的服务态度、设备检查操作技术、体检宣教设施、重视受检者提意见及投诉等方面满意;30%的人对开水供应、体检报告不及时、体检过程繁琐、抽血排队时间长等较不满意;不满意的职工为0%.结论 创造一种良好的体检环境和秩序、提供快捷的便民服务措施、注重做好体检者心理环境和健康教育[1]是提高县级医院体检中心工作综合满意度的重要因素. “,”Objective In order to better carry out physical examination work, multi-level and multi-angle found deficiencies, to further improve the medical environment and order, provide quick and satisfied for a medical check-up procedure, improve the medical job satisfaction.
