在飞机引气导管泄漏准确探测问题的研究中,为提高泄漏探测的准确度与灵敏度,提出优化探测线布置的方法。应用有限体积法软件FLUENT建立引气导管泄漏探测系统三维仿真模型,分析不同探测线位置、泄漏孔大小与位置、引气孔大小与数量、工作温度与压力、环境温度等参数下探测线感应到的温度情况,获得探测线布置对泄漏探测性能的影响,并搭建引气导管泄漏探测实验台验证数值仿真方法的可信性。仿真分析结果表明优化探测线布置可提高泄漏探测性能,实验与仿真的数据对比分析说明数值仿真具有可信性,仿真结果可为提高引气导管及类似高温高压管道泄漏探测性能提供参考。
In the research of the accurate detection of the air leakage of the air intake duct of the aircraft, in order to improve the accuracy and sensitivity of the leakage detection, a method of optimizing the arrangement of the detection line is proposed. A finite volume method software FLUENT was used to establish a three-dimensional simulation model of the air leakage detection system for the bleed air line. The position of the detection line, the size and location of the leak hole, the size and number of the bleed holes, the sensing lines under operating temperature and pressure and ambient temperature were analyzed Temperature conditions, get the effect of the probe line layout on the performance of the leak detection, and establish the credibility of the numerical simulation method of the leak detection test platform of the bleed air duct. The simulation results show that the optimized detection line arrangement can improve the performance of the leak detection. The comparative analysis of the experimental and simulation data shows that the numerical simulation is credible. The simulation results can provide reference for improving the performance of air leakage detection of the air duct and similar high temperature and pressure pipelines.
