职业教育要将企业岗位需要作为目标,培训学生的岗位技能,以就业为中心培养人才,从而使得学生毕业后能够实现就业。本文围绕以就业为导向的职业教育改革发展这一主题展开了讨论。
Vocational education should take the post needs of enterprises as a target, train students’ job skills, and train personnel with employment as the center so as to enable them to achieve employment after graduation. This paper discusses the theme of employment-oriented reform and development of vocational education.
