我院自1985年以来,采用回肠阴道成形手术治疗先天性无阴道12例,取得满意效果,兹介绍如下。临床资料一般资料:本组年龄20～25岁10例,26～29岁2例。12例全无月经。1例已婚,婚后性交困难;另11例未婚。12例全无阴道,皆为痕迹子宫,卵巢、输卵管发育良好,第二性征正常。术前准备:术前三天流质饮食,连服三天抑制肠道细菌药,如链霉素0.5g 每6小时1次或新霉素0.5g 1日3次。手术前晚清洁洗肠,术日晨禁食并下胃肠减压管。手术操作:患者取膀胱截石位,分腹部和外阴两组进行手术。
Our hospital since 1985, the use of ileal vaginoplasty in the treatment of 12 cases of congenital absence of the vagina, and achieved satisfactory results, are introduced below. Clinical data General information: The group aged 20 to 25 years in 10 cases, 26 to 29 years in 2 cases. 12 cases no menstruation. 1 case was married, marital difficulties after marriage; the other 11 cases unmarried. 12 cases of no vagina, all traces of the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes well developed, secondary sexual characteristics of normal. Preoperative preparation: three days before the liquid diet, even for three days to inhibit intestinal bacterial drugs, such as streptomycin 0.5g every 6 hours 1 times or 0.5g neomycin 3 times a day. The night before surgery cleaning colon cleansing, fasting morning and gastrointestinal decompression tube. Surgical procedures: patients with bladder lithotomy position, sub-abdominal and vulvar two groups for surgery.
