多摩川隧道的沉管段长1549.5m(目前居世界第四位)、管段横断面为39.9×10m(目前居世界第一位)。本文综述了其设计与施工情况。设计部份介绍了:隧道概况、抗震设计、管段之间的柔性接头设计、终端接头的设计。施工部份介绍了:管段的浮运与沉放设备、压舱水供给、沉放管段的定位、沉放管段的平面线形误差与调整、终端接头的施工。
The length of the immersed pipe of the Tamagawa Tunnel is 1549.5m (currently the fourth largest in the world) and the cross section of the pipe section is 39.9x10m (currently the highest in the world). This article reviews its design and construction. Design section introduced: tunnel profile, seismic design, flexible pipe joints between the design, terminal fittings design. The construction part introduced: the floatation and sinking equipment of pipe section, the supply of ballast water, the positioning of pipe sinking section, the error of plane shape of pipe sinking and adjustment, the construction of terminal joint.
