目的调查大连市某医院放射工作人员个人剂量监测数据异常事件的原因。方法对该医院有关人员进行调查,对同一工作场所、当事人、同一批次剂量计以及剂量计检测过程进行调查或复查监测。结果本次异常监测数据明显高于2006-2011年该医院放射工作人员的个人剂量监测结果;检测机构的检测方法或能力可靠;剂量计的质量合格;剂量计的存放位置安全;工作场所的射线泄漏水平未见异常。结论两次监测数据异常,疑为人为故意照射所致。
Objective To investigate the causes of abnormal events in personal dose monitoring data of radiation workers in a hospital in Dalian. Methods Investigate the relevant personnel in the hospital and conduct investigation or reexamination and monitoring on the same workplace, parties, the same batch of dosimeters and the dosimeter testing process. Results The data of this abnormal monitoring was significantly higher than the results of individual dose monitoring of radiation workers in the hospital from 2006 to 2011. The detection method or capability of the testing organization was reliable. The quality of the dosimeter was qualified. The dosimeter’s storage location was safe. The workplace’s radiation No abnormal leakage level. Conclusion The two monitoring data are abnormal, which is suspected to be caused by human intentional irradiation.
