为了改善配位共沉淀法合成的α-Ni0.8Co0.04Al0.16(OH)2.2-2y(CO3)y.zH2O在常温、高温下的充放电性能,样品经外掺不同比率的La2O3、Pr6O11、Sm2O3、Y2O3、Yb2O3、Lu2O3以及Pr6O11+Yb2O3后,作为模拟MH/Ni电池的正极材料,在不同温度下进行恒电流充放电测定.结果表明,复合掺加1.0%Pr6O11+1.0%Yb2O3,在0.5C和5C充放电下,30℃时可分别提高样品的放电比容量5.7%和8.3%,60℃时可分别提高18.2%和26.9%.高温放电电位也得到改善.通过充放电曲线、循环伏安和Tafel曲线测定探讨了电化学性能改善的可能机理.
In order to improve the charge-discharge performance of α-Ni0.8Co0.04Al0.16 (OH) 2.2-2y (CO3) y.zH2O synthesized by coordination coprecipitation at normal temperature and high temperature, the samples were doped with La2O3, Pr6O11 , Sm2O3, Y2O3, Yb2O3, Lu2O3 and Pr6O11 + Yb2O3, as a positive electrode material for simulating MH / Ni battery under constant current charge and discharge measurements at different temperatures.The results show that the composite doped with 1.0% Pr6O11 + 1.0% Yb2O3, 0.5C and 5C, respectively, the discharge specific capacity of samples can be increased by 5.7% and 8.3% respectively at 30 ℃ and 18.2% and 26.9% respectively at 60 ℃ .At the same time, the discharge potential at high temperature is also improved. Voltammetric and Tafel curve measurements discussed the possible mechanism for the improvement of electrochemical performance.
