Most scholars working on the economy development in Tibet, especially the husbandry mentioned the reluctance slaughter and sell phenomenon of farmer (herdsman) and all agreed that it is an important reason for obstructing the come out rate of livestock in Tibet andcausing undeveloped commodity economy and grassland overload.
