本文研究了三种内包埋材料的主要高温性能及其对全冠铸造精度的影响及铸造工艺方案对固定桥体精度的影响。研究发现内包埋材料的高温性能对全冠铸造精度产生重要的影响,当包埋材料选定后,采用“双内”铸道浇铸的桥体,由于热分布均匀,温度梯度小,冷却趋于一致,其精度要比“单一”铸道浇铸的桥体精度高。
In this paper, the main high temperature properties of the three kinds of embedded materials and their effects on the casting accuracy of the full crown and the influence of the casting process on the accuracy of the fixed bridge are studied. It is found that the high temperature performance of the embedded material has an important influence on the casting accuracy of the full crown. When the embedding material is selected, the “double inner” cast-in-place pontic bridge has the advantages of uniform heat distribution, small temperature gradient, In agreement, the accuracy is better than that of a “single” cast-molded bridge.
