提出用气象数据的方法获取建筑能耗分析,并使用De ST-c软件建立武汉市典型办公建筑模型进行能耗分析,得到未来冷、热负荷分别呈现明显上升、略微下降的趋势,并导致采暖空调总能耗略微上升。对建筑围护结构主要参数进行敏感性分析,认为改变外窗传热系数对建筑能耗改善有明显作用。由此对现行《公共建筑节能设计标准》中针对武汉市及相似地区的规范限值提出修改意见,使其在气候变化趋势下更具环境适应性。
The method of using meteorological data to obtain building energy consumption analysis is proposed and DeST-c software is used to build a typical office building model in Wuhan for energy consumption analysis. The future cold and heat loads show a clear upward trend and a slight downward trend respectively, Air conditioning total energy consumption increased slightly. The main parameters of building envelope structure sensitivity analysis, that the change of heat transfer coefficient of the outer window has a significant effect on the improvement of building energy consumption. Therefore, the current “Design Standard for Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings” proposed amendments to the regulatory limits for Wuhan and similar areas to make them more environmentally adaptable to climate change trends.
