在分析高技术企业技术创新网络中知识分类及特性的基础上,考虑技术创新网络中影响知识转移的知识吸收能力、网络知识更新率、折现率、转移时间、市场占有率及产品生命周期等因素,建立了期望利润随知识转移时间变化的模型;并模拟现实情况,对模型的参数进行了设置,通过设定的参数求出最优知识转移时间,对模型进行有效性验证.模拟结果验证了模型的有效性和最优知识转移时间的合理性.通过大量模拟实验数据及与已有研究成果的对比分析,表明本模型具有通用性,可以为企业确定最优知识转移时间提供决策依据.
Based on the analysis of the knowledge classification and characteristics of high-tech enterprise technology innovation network, we consider the knowledge absorption, knowledge update rate, discount rate, transfer time, market share and product life cycle that affect knowledge transfer in technology innovation network And set up the model that the expected profit changes with the time of knowledge transfer, and simulate the actual situation, set the parameters of the model, obtain the optimal knowledge transfer time through the set parameters, and verify the validity of the model.
