欧洲人体画小史文艺复兴前后,全欧洲都在画维纳斯:波提切利、提香、乔尔乔内、委拉斯凯兹,都有伟大的维纳斯画像传世。这些自然不是他们公开展出,而是贵族约稿使然。1510年,威尼斯画派名家乔尔乔内做了《沉睡的维纳斯》,是为威尼斯史上第一幅有名的正面全裸女体画;可惜他英年早逝,33岁就归了天,同样师出贝里尼门下的师弟,威尼斯画派大宗师提香,帮着补完了此画的天空与景物部分,顺便化用了此裸女造型,28年后,融进了自己《乌尔比诺的维纳斯》里,用来应付乌尔比诺爵
