通过可操作、定量化的方法,衡量和评价珠三角区域工业竞争力水平,借以为该区域的产业结构调整及发展提供一种新思路。以工业产业竞争力的基本内涵为基础,借鉴国内外相关研究的最新理论与方法,建立一套包括竞争实力、竞争潜力、竞争环境、竞争态势相结合的综合评价指标体系;利用层次分析法,依据珠三角区域各主要市的2008年统计年鉴中的各项数据,用更加严谨的方式对珠三角区域工业竞争力进行了实证研究,并提出相关政策建议。
Through operational and quantitative methods to measure and evaluate the level of industrial competitiveness in the Pearl River Delta region, in order to provide a new idea for the industrial restructuring and development in the region. Based on the basic connotation of the competitiveness of industrial industry, we draw on a set of the latest theories and methods of related research at home and abroad to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system which includes the competitive power, competitive potential, competitive environment and competitive situation. Using AHP, Based on the data from the 2008 Statistical Yearbook of major cities in the PRD region, this paper conducts an empirical study on the industrial competitiveness of the Pearl River Delta Region in a more rigorous manner and puts forward relevant policy recommendations.
