环境的振动污染水平是衡量环境质量的指标之一,正确评价振动污染的各种影响及危害,是制订环境振动标准的主要依据。当然还要考虑国家的科学技术和经济水平、可能性、合理性等,即应具有一定的弹性。目前振动的环境影响评价,国内外尚未充分开展工作,本文提出质量指数法评价振动的环境影响。
Environmental vibration pollution level is one of the indicators of environmental quality assessment, correct assessment of the various effects and hazards of vibration pollution is the main basis for the development of environmental vibration standards. Of course, we must consider the country’s science and technology and economic level, possibility and rationality, which should have a certain degree of flexibility. At present, the environmental impact assessment of vibration has not been sufficiently carried out at home and abroad. In this paper, the quality index method is proposed to evaluate the environmental impact of vibration.
