黑龙江省林口林业局,既是我国第一个拥有百万亩人工林的老局,又是一个可采伐森林资源已枯竭的老局。分析研究这样一个林业局,对今后林业的发展有一定的教益。一、基本概况:林口林业局位于牡丹江市北部,地处东经129°42′至130°32′、北纬45°19′至45°59′。该局所处主要山脉为佛爷岭和小钢盔山,一般海拔在400至700米之间,坡度多在20度左右,最大坡度达40度,年降水量在600毫米左右,植物生长期为120至130天,自然条件较好。
