一、引言我国目前生产的蒸压石灰—粉煤灰制品有蒸压石灰—粉煤灰砖(简称粉煤灰砖)及石灰—水泥—粉煤灰加气混凝土(简称粉煤灰加气混凝土)。粉煤灰加气混凝土的生产配方都掺加2—3%的石膏,石膏不但起调节生石灰消化速度及调节发气与稠化速度的作用,且能提高强度达80-100%。蒸压粉煤灰砖过去生产都不加石膏,武汉市第五砖瓦厂长期生产经验证明:掺加少量石膏能大大减少生产过程中形成的裂纹,且能提高强度多达2—3倍。掺加石膏还能改善抗碳化性能和收缩性能。
I. Introduction China’s current production of autoclaved lime - fly ash products are autoclaved lime - fly ash bricks (referred to as fly ash brick) and lime - cement - fly ash aerated concrete (referred to as fly ash aerated concrete ). The production formula of fly ash aerated concrete is mixed with 2-3% of gypsum. Gypsum can not only regulate the digestion rate of lime and adjust the speed of gasification and thickening, but also can increase the strength by 80-100%. Autoclaved fly ash bricks have not been added to gypsum in the past. The long-term production experience of the fifth brick and tile factory in Wuhan proves that adding a small amount of gypsum can greatly reduce the cracks formed in the production process and can increase the strength by as much as 2-3 times. Adding gypsum can also improve the carbonation resistance and shrinkage properties.
