目的分析尖牙保护性咬板在颞下颌关节盘前移位治疗中的作用价值。方法选取我院诊治的45例颞下颌关节盘前移位患者(作为研究对象,所有患者均接受尖牙保护性咬板,观察治疗前后患者视觉模拟疼痛评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、张口度、关节弹响发生率以及Helkimo指数变化,同时在治疗3个月后,对临床治疗效果进行总结。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后患者的VAS评分明显降低,张口度明显提高,关节弹响发生率明显降低,Helkimo指数明显下降,经统计学比较,P<0.05,差异具有显著性;治疗3个月后,临床治疗总有效率为,效果较为显著。结论尖牙保护性咬板能够有效减轻颞下颌关节盘前移位患者的痛苦,改善关节功能,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the value of canine protective bite plate in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disc displacement. Methods Forty-five cases of temporomandibular joint anterior disc were selected in this study. All the patients received canine protective bite plates before and after treatment.
