维生素B_(12)是组织代谢及形成正常红细胞、消化道上皮细胞和神经髓鞘所必需的物质,临床常用。但肌注维生素B_(12)致过敏性休克者未见有报道,笔者遇1例。现报告如下。 患者男,40岁,因肋间神经痛于2002年8月23日收住院。入院后肌注维生素B_(12)250μg,约30分钟后患者自觉头晕、恶心、胸闷、憋气、双眼发黑、视力模糊不清,随后四肢软弱无力,出冷汗,倒地。检查:患者面色灰白、呆滞,口唇发绀,全身
Vitamin B_ (12) is the material necessary for tissue metabolism and formation of normal red blood cells, epithelial cells of the digestive tract and nerve myelin, commonly used clinically. However, intramuscular injection of vitamin B_ (12) caused by anaphylactic shock have not been reported, I met one case. The report is as follows. Male patient, 40 years old, was admitted to the hospital for intercostal neuralgia on August 23, 2002. After injections of vitamin B 12 (12) 250μg, after about 30 minutes, patients feel dizzy, nausea, chest tightness, suffocating, black eyes, blurred vision, then weakness, cold and sweat, fell to the ground. Check: The patient looks gray, sluggish, lips cyanosis, the whole body
