目的:探讨刺激转录因子Nrf2信号通路,调节肌体抗氧化、促还原的药食中药,确定药名。方法:采用中国期刊全文专题数据库(CNKI)等以关键词“转录因子Nrf2”“中药筛选”“文献分析”进行检索,按照纳入和排除标准筛选2004-2014年公开发表的文献,用Excel2007创建文献题录库,存储、提取数据;建立文献计量统计分析与多指标评价相结合的方法:抗氧化,影响Ⅱ相解毒酶与蛋白激酶(GST、UGT、NQO1、GSH、ERK、JNK)活性,刺激Nrf2诱导Ⅱ相解毒酶表达,比较中药刺激Nrf2的强弱。结果:纳入符合要求的文献共计57篇,包括中药28种,化合物40种,疾病16种。结论:筛选出22种与指标评价相符的药物,其中刺激Nrf2诱导Ⅱ相解毒酶表达最强的中药为姜黄、洋甘菊、红车轴草。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the drug-induced Chinese herbs that stimulate the transcription factor Nrf2 signaling pathway and regulate the antioxidant and pro-oxidant activity of the body. Methods: CNKI was used to search keywords “transcription factor Nrf2”, “traditional Chinese medicine screening” and “literature analysis”, and then screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria for published 2004-2014 Literature, the use of Excel2007 to create a bibliographic database, storage, extraction of data; the establishment of bibliometrics statistical analysis and evaluation of the combination of multiple methods: anti-oxidation, phase Ⅱ detoxification enzymes and protein kinases (GST, UGT, NQO1, GSH, ERK , JNK) activity, stimulated Nrf2 induced phase Ⅱ detoxification enzyme expression, compare the strength of Chinese medicine to stimulate Nrf2. Results: A total of 57 articles were included in the study, including 28 traditional Chinese medicines, 40 compounds and 16 diseases. CONCLUSIONS: Twenty-two kinds of drugs were screened to be consistent with the index evaluation. Among them, the most powerful traditional Chinese medicines that induced Nrf2-induced phase II detoxification enzymes were turmeric, chamomile and red clover.
