我国区域收入差距的扩大,体现了国家分配制度的异化。直接导致社会不稳定因素增加,造成无序盲流人口过多,市场秩序混乱。直接引发教育、医疗卫生、基本生活保障制度等不公平问题的发生,而某些权力部门和个人利益的膨胀又直接推动和助长分配秩序的异化。缩小差距,保持区域经济的协调发展,构建和谐社会已成为迫在眉睫的任务。通过对我国区域性收入分配的现状、原因、因素等问题的分析探讨,提出了一些政策性建议,为和谐社会的构建打下较为坚实的制度基础是非常有意义的。
The expansion of the regional income disparity in our country reflects the alienation of the state distribution system. As a direct result of increased social instability, resulting in disorderly blind flow of population, chaotic market order. Directly triggering the occurrence of inequities such as education, health care, and basic living guarantee system, and the expansion of interests of some power departments and individuals directly promotes and encourages the alienation of the distribution order. To narrow the gap, maintain the coordinated development of regional economy and build a harmonious society have become an urgent task. Through the analysis and discussion of the current situation, reasons and factors of the regional income distribution in our country, some policy suggestions are put forward, which is of great significance to lay a solid foundation of the system for building a harmonious society.
