1987年12月我科遇到1例拔牙诱发癫痫大发作患者,现报告如下。刘某,女,31岁。下前牙松动要求拔除。体检:神志清、反应稍迟钝、对答切题,发育良好,营养差。(?)Ⅱ°松动。龈萎缩,牙石Ⅱ°。在局麻下常规拔除(?)。当患者咬紧纱垫,正欲起身离开牙科椅时,突然倒在椅上全身抽搐,上睑上牵、眼球上翻,面色青紫。立即针刺人中穴,片刻症状缓解,意识渐恢复,近三年未发作。诊断:癫痫大发作。

His upper eyelid was pulled and his eye turned upside down. His face looked bruising. Immediate acupuncture in the hole, a moment to alleviate symptoms, regain consciousness, no seizures in the past three years. Diagnosis: epileptic seizures.
