本文通过对专项修计划编制的相关因素分析,对专项修计划编制予以优化,制定了专项修计划编制卡控措施,有效避免动车组超期上线。
Based on the analysis of related factors in the compilation of the special cultivation plan, the preparation of the special cultivation plan is optimized and a special cultivation plan is formulated for the preparation of the card control measures, which effectively avoids the overtaking of the individual EMUs.
