梅州市人民政府令第1号《梅州市城市地下管线管理办法》已经2016年12月28日梅州市人民政府第六届79次常务会议通过,现予公布,自2017年3月1日起施行。市长方利旭2017年1月5日第一章总则第一条为加强城市地下管线管理,合理开发利用城市地下空间,保障城市地下管线有序建设和安全运行,根据《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《中华人民共和国建筑法》《建设工程质量管理条例》《广东省城乡规划条例》等法律法规,结合本市实际,制定本办法。
