本文用32枚人体离体牙进行了磁性液体充填根管的实验研究,观察了磁性液体的特性,及其根管的充填情况。磁性液体是具有强磁性和流动性的液体,充填根管能够渗透到细小侧支根管及牙本质内。其操作方法简便,于牙根端外加磁场控制磁性液体向根管的尖端及其侧支根管流动。磁性液体在X光照片上显影清楚,有利观察根管充填情况。并能在根管内形成新型复合材料—一磁性塑料。磁性液体在密闭条件下,体积不改变,操作节省时间20倍以上,是比较先进的液体根管充填剂及操作技术。
In this paper, 32 human dental teeth were used to carry out magnetic fluid filled root canal experimental study, observed the characteristics of magnetic fluid, and its root canal filling situation. Magnetic fluid is a strong magnetic fluid and liquid, filled root canal can penetrate into the small side of the root canal and dentin.
