班主任是班集体的核心,是一个班级的领导者,组织者,更是一个班的教育者。同时也是一个班中全体任课教师教学、教育工作的协调者。班主任除了认真对待自己的教学任务之外,还必须有强烈的事业心和高度的责任感,更要有一套切实可行的工作方法。有人说:班主任是世界上最小的主任,也是最重要的主任。在班主任工作中,我感触颇深,有几分劳累,也有许多快乐和收获。

At the same time, it is also the coordinator of teaching and education for all teachers in a class.
