目的探讨食管鳞癌(ESCC)组织中细胞周期素D1、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测100例ESCC患者癌组织和20例癌旁组织中细胞周期素D1、CTGF和VEGF的表达。结果细胞周期素D1、CTGF和VEGF在ESCC组织中的表达率分别为61%、53%和49%,高于癌旁组织的0、15%和15%(P均<0.01)。细胞周期素D1、CTGF和VEGF的表达两两之间呈正相关(r=0.397、0.497和0.242,P<0.05),并且均与ESCC淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论细胞周期素D1、CTGF和VEGF在促进ESCC淋巴结转移中具有协同效应,有可能作为判断ESCC生物学行为的指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of cyclin D1, connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and lymph node metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Methods The expression of cyclin D1, CTGF and VEGF in 100 cases of ESCC and 20 cases of paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The expression rates of cyclin D1, CTGF and VEGF in ESCC tissues were 61%, 53% and 49%, respectively, which were higher than those in adjacent tissues (0,15% and 15%, P <0.01). The expressions of cyclin D1, CTGF and VEGF were positively correlated with each other (r = 0.397,0.497 and 0.242, P <0.05), and were closely related to lymph node metastasis of ESCC (P <0.05). Conclusion Cyclin D1, CTGF and VEGF have synergistic effect in promoting lymph node metastasis of ESCC, which may be used as an index to judge the biological behavior of ESCC.
