阿不冬·尼牙孜代表提出:东西部的经济发展要树立“两个离不开”的思想。在新疆团的驻地京西宾馆,阿不冬·尼牙孜接受记者采访时,开门见山的说,从新疆来讲,少数民族离不开汉族,汉族离不开少数民族。从全国的经济发展来讲,西部发展离不开东部的支持,东部的发展也离不开西部的支援。东部有技术、资金、人才的优势,西部有资源、地缘等优势,把两者的优势结合起来,就能大大地促进经济的发展。
