电子显微镜样品支持膜的种类和制备方法是多种多样的,最常用的有火棉胶-碳膜及福尔蒙瓦尔膜(Formvar膜)。火棉胶-碳膜的制备中,由于在火棉胶膜上再喷上一薄层碳膜加强,机械强度大为提高,但制备步骤增繁,并且由于碳膜的厚度掌握不当时,会影响到膜的透明度与坚固性。Formvar膜制备中则由于从玻片上剥膜困难,制备均匀面积大的薄膜较难,且国内多用进口药品,应用者甚少。我室自1969年以来,试用国产PVB(聚乙烯醇缩丁醛)薄膜以及PVF(聚乙烯醇缩甲醛即Formvar)等材料制备电子显微镜样品支持膜,具有膜牢透明度好,制备方法简便等优点。
