温差电致冷器(TO)是一种致冷量小的点冷源,它用于局部或尺寸不大的物体致冷,比如无线电线路元件、光电接收器等的恒温。作者研制并试验的七级温差电致冷器是用于检测x射线辐射的、硅探测组件致冷的。在最大致冷效率范围内,曾对四种不同做法的温差电致冷器作过计算。热偶电堆是用不同成分的温差电材料,用冷压、取向结晶、热压的方法制成的。按照温差电致冷器的不同做法,电堆各级的基本参数列入表1。
Temperature Diffuser (TO) is a cold source with a small amount of refrigeration, which is used to cool objects that are small or large in size, such as thermostats of radio-line components, photoreceivers, and the like. The seven-stage thermoelectric cooler developed and tested by the author is used to detect x-ray radiation and the silicon detector assembly is cooled. In the range of maximum cooling efficiency, four different temperature difference electric chillers have been calculated. Thermocouple stack thermoelectric materials with different compositions, cold pressure, crystal orientation, hot pressing method. In accordance with the different practices of the thermoelectric cooler, the basic parameters of the stack at all levels are listed in Table 1.
