Famous young painter Sheng Hongyi. Born in June 1963 in Juxian, Shandong. Graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is currently a member of Jinan Public Security Newspaper, a member of Shandong Branch of China Artists Association, a member of Shandong Branch of China Calligraphers Association, a director of Shandong Young Artists Association, a director of Shandong Press Artists Association, a deputy secretary general of Shandong Provincial Ethnic Culture Association, Provincial CPPCC painted Friends of the Society painter, Shandong painting
