本文采用高效液相色谱法和酶学方法测定了24例再生障碍性贫血患者红细胞内腺苷酸水平和膜 ATPase 活性。实验表明,患者红细胞的能量水平和 Ca~(2+)-ATPase 活性均低于正常人。这些异常可能导致患者红细胞的生理功能损害。
In this paper, the determination of erythrocyte adenosine level and membrane ATPase activity in 24 patients with aplastic anemia by high performance liquid chromatography and enzymatic methods. Experiments show that patients with erythrocyte energy levels and Ca ~ (2 +) - ATPase activity were lower than normal. These abnormalities can lead to impaired physiological function of the patient’s red blood cells.
