丁腈橡胶在热处理过程中的结构变化对其工艺性能有着重要的影响。用以下方法分析了这些过程:红外光谱法,机械试验法,溶剂溶胀法,热分析法。本文用电导率法研究丁腈橡胶的结构变化。在预定的温度速度下连续变化温度时测量电导率。在由作者开发的网路装置上进行了电导率的测定。图1为装置的线路原理图,图2为测量网路的草图。试样的电导率按照标准电阻的电压降低自动记录,试样的电阻用高欧姆测量放大器—37测量,并由自动记录器H—37记录。
The structural change of nitrile rubber during heat treatment has an important influence on the process performance. These processes were analyzed by the following methods: infrared spectroscopy, mechanical testing, solvent swelling, and thermal analysis. In this paper, the conductivity of NBR structural changes. Conductivity was measured as the temperature was continuously varied at a predetermined temperature rate. Conductivity measurements were made on a networked device developed by the author. Figure 1 shows the schematic of the device, and Figure 2 shows the sketch of the measurement network. The conductivity of the sample is automatically recorded as the voltage drop of the standard resistor. The resistance of the sample is measured with a high-ohm measurement amplifier -37 and recorded by the automatic recorder H-37.
