目的 为了了解二氧化硫 (SO2 )吸入对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变 (CA)的诱发作用。方法 以不同浓度SO2 气体对小鼠熏气 ,随后分析小鼠骨髓细胞分裂指数和染色体畸变 (CA)率和畸变细胞率。结果 SO2 可诱发细胞CA率和畸变细胞率显著增高 ,且呈明确的剂量—反应关系。在SO2不同浓度 (0、1 4、2 8、56及 84mg/m3)染毒条件下 ,小鼠骨髓细胞畸变细胞率 (% )分别为 1 81、3 0 0、3 58、4 2 6、4 86。SO2 在低浓度下主要诱发染色单体型畸变 ,在高浓度下既可引起染色单体型畸变 ,又可引起染色体型畸变。SO2 可引起骨髓细胞分裂指数显著降低。结论 吸入SO2 气体可抑制小鼠骨髓细胞分裂 ,引起染色体畸变 ,SO2 是染色体断裂剂和基因毒性因子。长期接触环境低浓度SO2 污染 ,有引起接触人群体内细胞遗传物质损伤的潜在危险
Objective To understand the induction of chromosome aberrations (CA) in mouse bone marrow cells by sulfur dioxide (SO2) inhalation. Methods Mice were fumigated with different concentrations of SO2 gas, and then the mouse bone marrow cell division index, chromosome aberration (CA) rate and the rate of aberrant cells were analyzed. Results SO2 induced cell CA rate and abnormal cell rate was significantly increased, and showed a clear dose-response relationship. The rates (%) of mouse bone marrow cell distortions were 1 81, 300, 3 58, 42 6, 4 86. SO2 mainly induces chromatid aberrations at low concentrations, which can cause both chromosomal aberrations and chromosomal aberrations at high concentrations. SO2 can cause a marked decrease in myeloid cell division index. Conclusion Inhaling SO2 gas can inhibit mouse bone marrow cell division and cause chromosomal aberrations. SO2 is a chromosomal cleavage agent and genotoxic factor. Long-term exposure to low concentrations of SO2 pollution in the environment, potentially causing damage to cytogenetic material in contact with the population
