人民币离岸市场的发展,是近年来中国经济金融领域的重大事件,对中国乃至世界经济金融的发展都产生了重要影响。本文主要就人民币离岸市场发展的现状,各离岸市场得以发展的动因(所在国和市场力量的动机),以及其行之有效的目标与人民币国际化的关系,进行初步的探讨。一、从业务种类及规模的增加到离岸市场区域的扩展自2003年香港金融管理局正式在香港开展人民币业务以来,人民币离岸市场得到了快速发展。
The development of RMB offshore market is a major event in China’s economic and financial fields in recent years and has had an important impact on the economic and financial development in China and the world at large. This paper mainly discusses the status quo of RMB offshore market development, the motivation for the development of offshore market (the motivation of the host country and market forces), and the relationship between its effective targets and the internationalization of RMB. I. Increasing Type and Size of Business to Expansion of Offshore Market Since the Hong Kong Monetary Authority formally started RMB business in Hong Kong in 2003, the RMB offshore market has been rapidly developed.
