随着科学技术的日新月异,现代工业技术突飞猛进,分层注水工艺管柱在油田开发领域占据重要地位,应用该工艺手段的分注井数也逐年增加,为满足生产的需要,分层注水工艺管柱技术仍需不断改进和完善。在油田开发中,分层注水工艺可以顺利实现有效注水,帮助保持地层的能量,促使油田开发中的层间矛盾得到进一步解决,保证油田开发的长期高产、稳产。本文就分层注水工艺管柱配套设施的工作原理、管柱结构、技术特点等,并结合实际工作情况,重点分析探讨分层注水工艺管柱存在的问题及防治对策。

In this paper, stratified water injection process column supporting facilities of the working principle, column structure, technical characteristics, combined with the actual work, focusing on analysis of stratified water injection process of the existing problems and prevention and control measures.
