电梯安全制动器是用于高层建筑施工电梯上的安全保护装置,对控制施工工程速度及人身安全起着重要作用,目前国内外对这种安全制动器的各种规格,性能正在进行研制,力求制动力矩大,临界制动转速值稳定,规格齐全,安全性能良好。 1984年我们承接了国外进口电梯安全制动器的性能测试,要求在保证不破坏样机的条件下,精确测定安全制动器开始制动的临界制动力矩值及安全制动时的最大制动力矩值是否与产品样本所列值相符,以便在对制动器研制工作时取得性能比较数据。为此,我们采用了杠杆机械加载测试方法,其装置如图1。
The elevator safety brake is a safety protection device for elevators in high-rise buildings. It plays an important role in controlling the speed and personal safety of construction projects. At present, various specifications and performances of such safety brakes are being developed at home and abroad, and efforts are being made to brake. Large torque, stable critical brake speed, complete specifications, and good safety performance. In 1984, we undertook performance tests of imported elevator safety brakes, and required that the critical brake torque value for the safety brake to start braking and the maximum brake torque value for safe braking should be accurately determined under the condition of not destroying the prototype. The values listed in the product catalog match so that performance comparison data can be obtained during the development of the brake. For this purpose, we used a lever mechanical load test method, which is shown in Figure 1.
