为分析水泥混凝土桥梁桥面铺装的内部受力状况,以清河四桥为蓝本,建立了连续T梁桥有限元模型,结合T梁桥的受力特点以及桥面铺装破坏主要形式,分析了不同载荷情况、不同的制动力、不同模量组合对层间最大剪应力的影响。分析表明:荷载等级的大小对层间剪切应力的影响更为显著;在铺装层的材料选取时,应该考虑模量对铺装层拉应力及最大剪应力;环氧沥青混凝土有较高的模量和抗拉抗剪切性能,适用于混凝土连续T梁桥的桥面铺装。
In order to analyze the internal stress of the bridge deck pavement of cement concrete bridge, the finite element model of continuous T girder bridge was established based on the Qinghe No.4 Bridge. Combined with the stress characteristics of T girder bridge and the main forms of the damage, The effects of different load conditions, different braking forces and different modulus combinations on the maximum shear stress between layers were investigated. The analysis shows that the influence of load level on the interlaminar shear stress is more significant. In the selection of pavement materials, the tensile stress and the maximum shear stress on the pavement should be taken into consideration. The epoxy asphalt concrete has higher Modulus and tensile shear resistance, suitable for concrete continuous T-beam bridge deck pavement.
