为更好地实现长江流域水库群汛期防洪联合调度,发挥水库群的综合调度效益,研究了三峡、溪洛渡和向家坝水库汛期联合防洪调度策略。以减少枝城和城陵矶控制站的超额洪量为目标,在分析“同步拦蓄”调度策略存在的不足基础上,提出了基于“等比例蓄水”的水库群联合防洪调度策略,并采用长江流域百年一遇设计洪水对两种调度策略进行模拟调度比较。结果表明,“等比例蓄水”的调度方式具有更高的水库群联合防洪调度效益。
In order to better realize the joint flood control and flood control schedule of the reservoir group in the Yangtze River Basin and give play to the comprehensive dispatch benefit of the reservoir group, the joint flood control and dispatch tactics of the Three Gorges, Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba reservoirs in flood season are studied. Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the “synchronization interception” scheduling strategy, aiming at reducing the excessive flood volume of Zhicheng and Chenglingji control stations, a combined flood control strategy based on “proportional storage” was proposed , And compared the simulation scheduling of the two scheduling strategies by using the once-in-a-century design flood in the Yangtze River Basin. The results show that the scheduling method of “equal proportion water storage” has a higher efficiency of flood control and dispatching.
