发展党员工作是企业党建工作的重要组成部分,也是基层党组织建设的核心任务之一。广大党员必须始终与党保持高度一致,认真贯彻党的各项方针政策,坚决落实党的各项决策部署,找准与自身实际的结合点,吃透上下情况,准确把握规律,努力提高工作实效,推动各项工作朝着党引领的方向不断发展,同样的也有利于促进党员的发展工作。本文是笔者从自身工作出发,对当前企业党员发展工作的做法及其问题进行了剖析,并针对党员发展工作中存在的问题提出改进措施。
