1999-2009年,苏州工业园区经济持续高速发展,园区地税局所管辖纳税户急剧上升,相应税收收入骤增,园区地税干部由1999年的51人增至2009年的112人,人均地税收入由1999年的437万元上升至2009年的6077万元,增长13.91倍。在人少事多的前提下,如何进一步完善考学促学机制,全面构筑与地税工作相适应的干部教育培养体系,激发干部潜能,实现干部更好为地税事业服务的目的,成为我局现阶段面临的迫切问题。
From 1999 to 2009, the economy of Suzhou Industrial Park maintained a sustained and rapid development. The taxpayers under the jurisdiction of the District Local Taxation Bureau rose sharply and the corresponding tax revenue increased sharply. The tax and office cadres in the park increased from 51 in 1999 to 112 in 2009, 4.37 million yuan in 2009 rose to 60.77 million yuan, an increase of 13.91 times.
