本文利用中小企业相关数据实证考察商标权质押融资价值及现状,探讨影响企业商标权质押融资的因素,为企业商标权管理,尤其是商标权质押融资管理,提供了科学的依据,并对商标权质押融资实践的顺利展开提供有益的借鉴。
In this paper, we use the relevant data of SMEs to examine the value and status quo of pledge financing of trademark rights, discuss the factors that affect the pledge financing of trademark rights, and provide the scientific basis for the management of trademark rights, especially the pledge financing and management of trademark rights, The successful practice of pledge financing provides a useful reference.
