目的:建立测定防风总色原酮含量的紫外分光光度法,并测定不同时间、不同地点采集的防风中总色原酮含量。方法:以5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷为标准品,用苯酚-硫酸法对防风总色原酮提取物进行反应,紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果:5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的线性范围为0.5208~4.2192 mg/mL(r=0.9992),平均加样回收率(n=5)为99.58%,RSD为0.32%。整体上8月份防风中总色原酮含量高于10月,各样品中总色原酮含量因产地及采收时间不同而异。结论:该方法准确、可靠,可作为防风总色原酮含量的测定方法;防风总色原酮含量与产地、采收期等因素密切相关。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of total chromogen content in windbreaks and to determine the total chromogen content in windbreak collected at different times and locations. Methods: 5-O-methyl-Vaisalanthrin as a standard, phenol-sulfuric acid method for the total anti-wind Chromophorone ketone extract reaction, UV spectrophotometry determination of content. Results: The linear range of 5-O-methyl-Wistarosidin was 0.5208 ~ 4.2192 mg / mL (r = 0.9992). The average recovery was 99.58% (n = 5) and the RSD was 0.32%. On the whole, the content of total chromogen in the windbreak in August was higher than that in October, and the content of total chromogen in each sample was different due to different producing areas and harvesting times. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, which can be used as a method for determination of total chromogen in windbreak. The content of total chromogen in windproof is closely related to the origin and harvesting period.
